First of all, you have to make the pastry! Easy!

300 g Flour - 150 butter (make it soft by
putting it out of the fridge at least 2h in advance) - 1 egg - Salt – Water (a
half glass of water)
Shortcrust Pastry: Preparation:
Sift the flour and the salt in a bowl.
Cut the butter in small dices. Mix quickly the flour and the butter with the
tip of your fingers. Add the egg. Mix altogether.
Add the water one tablespoon at a time, while still mixing the dough.
Form a ball.
When the dough is smooth and homogenous, leave the ball in a cool place for at
least 1 hour, to make it easier to roll out.
Pizza: just add whatever you like: mushrooms,
prosciutto, ...
Pre-heat oven to 220°C
Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Place
into a saucepan with a lump of butter, salt and pepper. Simmer very gently for
30 minutes. Add some cream.
Spread sauce over pizza bases. Top with prosciutto,
mushroom and cheese.
Place in the oven for half an hour...
